她的做法並不難喔!

超美味的新加坡式咖哩炒麵一人份做法如下:
 
#材料

醬料材料:
- 1湯匙匙醬油
- 1茶匙砂糖
- 檸檬汁少許
- 鹽巴一小搓
-一瓣大蒜(切成蒜末)
 
炒麵材料:
-1人份麵條
-1/4盒板豆腐(切塊)
-2條青蔥(切段)
-1/4條紅蘿蔔(切小塊)
-幾片高麗菜
-1湯匙咖哩粉

#步驟:
1. 把醬料的料到入小碗中混和均勻。
2. 加入板豆腐並讓其醃漬大約五分鐘。
3. 在湯鍋中倒入水,水滾後放入麵條將其煮至八分熟,撈起備用。
4. 拿一個平底鍋,在鍋中放入少許油熱鍋後,放入醃漬好的豆腐煎到有一點點金黃,連醬汁一起撈起。
5. 在平底鍋中加入切好的蔬菜,加入少許的水將其煮熟,。煮到差不多快熟時,加入麵條拌勻。
6. 加入剩餘的醬汁豆腐和咖哩粉,拌勻。
7. 完成!
this "Singapore style curry noodles" is amazing and easy:

Ingredient:
 
for sauce
-1 tbsp soy sauce
-1 tsp sugar
-a little amount of fresh lemon juice
-a pinch of salt
-1 clove of garlic(minced)
 
for noodles
-1 portion noodles
-1/4 slice of tofu (cubed)
-1/4 carrot(cubed)
-some green onion(cut)
-few leaves of cabbage
-1 tbsp curry powder

Instruction:
1. put all the ingredients of the sauce together in a small ball.
2. add tofu into the sauce and let it sit for about 5 mins.
3. boil the water in a pot and cook the noodles. (cooked until it's almost done)
4. in a pan, cook the sauced tofu until they're crispy. (leave the remaining sauce)
5. add in the veggies and add in the noodles.
6. add in the rest of the sauce and the curry powder.
7. serve and enjoy~~~
